About the Role:
We’re expanding our channel team and looking for a proven Cybersecurity Channel Account Executive ready to make a real impact with our customers and partners. Based in the Austin, TX area, this role offers the flexibility of remote work with periodic in-office presence.

As a key member of our team, you’ll manage a strategic territory focusing on Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) and Security Operations Center Providers across the LATAM region. We’re looking for a sales hunter who’s driven to help partners anticipate threats, protect their businesses, and grow revenue. This is a sales-compensated role where you’ll actively pursue new business while nurturing existing relationships, collaborating with internal teams like Product, Marketing, Support, and Engineering.

What You’ll Do:
  • Define and execute a sales strategy for your assigned territory.
  • Present LevelBlue’s cybersecurity solutions, including Threat Detection & Response and our MSSP Program.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and negotiating to closing deals and supporting partner growth.
  • Make 50+ calls per day, schedule virtual demos, and deliver on revenue goals with C-level clients, MSSP partners, and resellers.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quota targets.
  • Organize, track, and measure sales activities, forecasting with tools like Salesforce.
What You Bring:
  • 4+ years of strong quota attainment in direct or channel B2B software or cybersecurity sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven consultative sales and value-selling skills, with experience managing RFPs and growing partner relationships.
  • A closer with experience negotiating procurement, licensing, and service contracts across diverse organizational structures.
  • Success in high-touch, fast-paced sales environments and the ability to lead high-level product demos.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Professional working proficiency in Spanish is required.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.

Compensation:
The salary for this role includes a base of up to $87,500, plus an on-target commission of $80,000.
